It did not take long for President Trump to renominate Ann Marie Buerkle for the position of Chairman of the CPSC.  She is serving as Acting Chair currently. We learned today that the Senate has returned the nomination of acting CPSC Chair Ann Marie Buerkle back to President Trump. Procedurally, it takes only one Senator to return a nomination back to the President.
